Brahmaastra Dj Set

According to Indian Mythology, Brahmastra was an astra (weapon) created by Lord Brahma. Brahmastra was considered as a very destructive weapon. It is said that when the Brahmastra was discharged, there was neither a counterattack nor a defence that could stop it, except by another Brahmastra.

Brahmaastra is the ‘Pure’ Psychedelic Act of Zeenish Ahamed, from Chennai in India.

Having established his first connection with Psychedelic Underground in 1998 at a rave, Zeenish has brought the immaculate blend of passion and perfection to the console ever since he started DJing in the year 2005.

Soon, he found his heart drifting into Psychedelic Forest and thus went on to establish his Event Management Label Quark Dimension in 2013, to promote and propagate non-cheesy, pure and organic Psychedelic Underground Music in Chennai.

Brahmaastra repels every form of foreign influence to reflect the true ethos of Psychedelic sounds. The project is an assortment of hypnotic drones, eclectic layers, atmospheric sounds and modern psychedelic arrangements that evoke mystical and mind-altering themes.
