BrainDrain was born in 1973. He started playing music at the age of five, studying piano for 12 years. A member of various punk rock metal bands such as Pissa kai Poupoula, Less than Human, Arnisi, and Trisatanic Diavolator as a bassist drummer, and singer, he came in contact with psychedelic trance music when he accidentally found himself on his first rave in 1991 in the city of Athens. After a short three-year stint producing from 1998 to 2001, he left the stage in 2005. In 2017 he returned as a listener and active member and in 2020 he resumed producing music following his favorite style, DarkProg, ForestProg, and zenonesque style in general.
